Menstrual cycle irregularities can also signal hormonal imbalance. Changes in cycle length, heavier or lighter bleeding, or increased discomfort may indicate shifts in reproductive hormones.

Recognising these symptoms early allows individuals to take a proactive approach to their health. Lifestyle habits, nutrition, and stress management all influence hormonal balance. Addressing these factors can often help support the body’s natural ability to restore equilibrium.

While hormonal changes are a normal part of life, persistent symptoms should not be ignored. Paying attention to the body’s signals can help identify potential imbalances and encourage supportive steps toward improved wellbeing.
