Due to the nature of our wellness products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within seven days of receiving your order so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return requests must be made within fourteen days of the delivery date. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged product, defective item, or an error on our part.
